About Me
I have more than 17 years learning and development practitioner experience with the following qualifications: MBA, OD ETDP, IT SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE Engineering and ECD Level 4. I have solid experience that I have acquired from different industries including but not limited to Insurance, Finance, Banking, mechanical and electrical engineering related and education. I have held senior leadership positions during these times in the expertise of Learning and Development. I am an excellent planner and executor, very passionate about what I do and I pride myself in quality and excellency. Currently I am a freelance trainer. I facilitate Business and Gen Management, HR, NC Information technology, Occupationally Directed-ETDP, Contact Centre,Early Childhood Development Practitioner, Leadership development programs and various workshops. I design and develop learning material and assessment tools. I am an accredited facilitator, assessor and moderator with MICT, ETDP, MERSETA, SERVICES SETA as well as registered SDF.
