FOODBEV News DISCRETIONARY GRANT: FUNDING WINDOW FOR 2024/25 FINANCIAL YEAR APPLICATIONS

Opening Date: 05 October 2023 and Closing date: 10 November 2023

The Food & Beverages Manufacturing Sector Education Training Authority hereby invites grant applications for the Discretionary Grants for the 2024-25 Financial Year.

Who can apply?

a) FoodBev SETA levy-paying employers/companies.
b) Non-levy paying employers/companies operating within the food and beverages manufacturing sector or beneficiaries should be within the Food and Beverage manufacturing sector.
c) Public TVET Colleges.
d) Community Education and Training (CET) Colleges.
e) Public Universities.
f) Universities of Technology (UoT).
g) Non-Profit Organisations (NPOs), Community-Based Organisations (CBOs), Non- Governmental Organisations (NGOs), as well as cooperatives.

STAKEHOLDERS INTERESTED IN ENROLLING LEARNERS IN THE LEGACY LEARNERSHIPS AND SKILLS PROGRAMMES MUST HAVE CAPACITY TO RECRUIT AND SUBMIT LEARNER REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS BY JUNE 20, 2024, AS THE FINAL DATE FOR REGISTERING LEARNERS UNDER THE EXISTING LEGACY QUALIFICATIONS IS JUNE 30, 2024.
