Notice – Suspension of Tenders

Following the Constitutional Court judgement of 16 February 2022 relating to PREFERENTIAL PROCUREMENT REGULATIONS, 2017 – MINISTER OF FINANCE v AFRIBUSINESS NPC [2022] ZACC 4, the National Treasury issued a directive on 25 February 2022 to all organs of state to suspend all tender processes for tenders advertised on or after 16 February 2022 and not to advertise any new tenders.

The following tenders advertised by the HWSETA on 25 February 2022 are suspended until further notice:
